2026 Exhibitor Kit

Welcome to the 2026 Calgary Boat and Outdoors Show Exhibitor Kit

ATTENTION EXHIBITORS:

• NO VEHICLES ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING WITHOUT PRE-APPROVAL - there is a form you need to complete and send to show management two weeks before show time for any vehicles that need access inside the building for unloading or display.  Please see section #11 below - Vehicle Access Form

• No children (under 16) allowed on the show floor during move in or move out, as it is considered a construction zone during these times.

• If you have a pop-up tent in the show, it MUST have a tag attached that shows it is CAN/ULC S109 certified.  More info can be found in the CFD - Indoor Event Special Requirements (section #8 below - Required Reading and Forms).  If your tent does not have this tag, you will be asked to remove it from the show.

• If your tent is larger than a 10x10 - it must have a functioning SMOKE DETECTOR inside it attached to the tent!
